At Grand Slam Gifts, we understand that receiving your hobby boxes in pristine condition and as quickly as possible is your top priority. We have designed our shipping process to be transparent, secure, and specifically tailored to the needs of the card-collecting community.
1. Processing and Fulfillment Time
We pride ourselves on having some of the fastest turnaround times in the hobby.
Standard Processing: All in-stock orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.
Daily Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are often processed the same day, though this is not guaranteed.
Operating Days: Our fulfillment team in Springfield, Oregon, operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We currently focus exclusively on the United States market to ensure the highest level of service and reliability.
Standard Shipping: Our primary shipping method typically takes 5-8 business days for delivery once the carrier has picked up the package.
Carrier Selection: We utilize reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS to ensure your package is tracked and handled with care.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Once your hobby boxes have been labeled and dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package’s progress to your door.
4. Collector-Grade Packaging
We know that the condition of the box is vital for collectors and investors.
Protection First: We do not use flimsy mailers for hobby boxes. Every order is packed in a sturdy corrugated box with professional-grade void fill (such as bubble wrap or packing paper) to prevent shifting and protect factory seals and box corners.
Discreet Shipping: For your security, our outer packaging is discreet and does not explicitly advertise the high-value contents inside.
5. Shipping Constraints and Addresses
PO Boxes and APO/FPO: We currently ship to residential and business addresses within the United States. If you are shipping to a PO Box or military address, please ensure the carrier selected at checkout supports delivery to these locations.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Grand Slam Gifts is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items: If your order arrives with significant damage to the hobby box itself (beyond minor cosmetic wear to the outer shipping carton), please contact us immediately at contactsupport@grandslamgifts.shop with photos of the packaging and the product.
Missing Shipments: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Grand Slam Gifts is not liable for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
7. Pre-Order Shipping
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is released and in stock. For more details, please refer to our Pre-Order Policy.
