Because the collectibles market involves manufacturer-set release dates and high demand, we have established the following policy for all pre-order items purchased on grandslamgifts.shop.
1. Payment for Pre-Orders
To guarantee your reservation of a high-value hobby box, full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed. This secures your place in our fulfillment queue and protects you from any market price increases that may occur between the announcement and the official release date.
2. Shipping and Fulfillment
We strive to be the fastest in the hobby, and that extends to our pre-orders.
Release Date Shipping: We aim to process and ship pre-order items within 1-2 business days of the official manufacturer release date or as soon as the inventory arrives at our Springfield location.
Release Date Changes: Please note that manufacturers (such as Topps or Panini) may change release dates without prior notice. While we do our best to update our product pages, we are not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer.
Combined Orders: If your order contains both “In-Stock” items and “Pre-Order” items, the entire order will be held until the final pre-order item is available for shipment. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate transaction.
3. Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, your pre-order will follow our standard United States shipping window of 5-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
4. Cancellations and Changes
We understand that plans can change. However, because we commit to specific allocations with our distributors based on your orders, the following rules apply:
Before Shipment: You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it enters the fulfillment process. Please contact contactsupport@grandslamgifts.shop to request a cancellation.
After Shipment: Once a pre-order has been shipped, it is subject to our standard 30-day return policy.
Refunds: All cancelled pre-orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Allocations and Availability
In rare cases, manufacturers may ship fewer units than originally promised (known as “allocations”). If we receive fewer hobby boxes than we have sold via pre-order, we will fulfill orders in the chronological order they were received.
If we are unable to fulfill your specific pre-order due to manufacturer shortages, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund within 5-7 business days.
6. Product Condition
All pre-ordered hobby boxes are guaranteed to be factory-sealed. We pack every pre-order with collector-grade materials to ensure that the box and its shrink-wrap arrive in the same condition they left the manufacturer.
