Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Grand Slam Gifts are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
4. Returns and Refunds

Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. IMPORTANT: Opened hobby boxes, packs, or tampered-with factory seals are not eligible for return or refund due to the nature of the collectible card industry.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
